Involved in the rezoning and subdivision of Erf 1264, Safarituine X6 for Telkom.     Legal advice   Although my work as advocate is done under a separate entity, legal advice were provided to clients in the Cradle of Humankind World Heritage Site, as well as the Vredefort Dome World Heritage Site. Various legal opinions have been written regarding town planning matters and the implications thereof. Part of Consortium involved with the compilation of the North West Land Use Bill during 2007-2008. Presented paper at COBRA, 2009 (Cape Town) on – Promotion of Administrative Justice in decision-making on town planning matters. Provided training to the newly established North West Development Tribunal, 2009.
